Active Ingredients
Acnefree ingredients vary a bit depending upon the system you need, but its main ingredient is Benzoyl Peroxide. The ingredients in Acnefree have not been completely tested on pregnant females so pregnant women should consult with a physician before using any of the Acnefree systems. This product is also not recommended for children under the age of twelve.
What I Like About This Product:
- Acnefree clears skin quickly (in as little as 2 weeks time) and works on many types of acne, including chin acne, forehead acne, back acne and more.
- The Acnefree system is very affordable (I bought it for $20) and you can buy it locally instead of ordering online.
What I Don’t Like About This Product:
- I was so happy to see my skin clear up when using Acnefree. However after three months, this product stopped working and pimples came back. Perhaps my skin gets immune to it.
- When using Acnefree, you will find that your skin condition will probably worsen before it gets better; this means you will have to stick with it and continue to use the product before you see the results you really desire. If you are looking for an emergency acne solution, then Acnefree may not be the ideal solution for you.
- Some skin reacts differently to certain types of products. Some users report they are ‘burning’ from using acnefree should probably use the product once a day instead of twice a day, and avoid using it around the sensitive area (eyes and mouth).
Verdict:
The ease of ordering Acnefree makes it a good product to try; you can purchase it locally or order it online. This product does contain Benzoyl Peroxide so it may not prove beneficial to everyone, especially to those individuals that have skin sensitivity issues. If you note skin reddening, you may have to use this product in intermitted cycles so you can avoid skin irritations. If you are looking for a system that can deal with just about any skin condition, Acnefree may offer you positive results.
